Code of Conduct

Sils Dialysis is committed to creating a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all patients, staff, visitors, and partners across our clinics in Barbados and the Caribbean.

1. Respect for All

We treat every person with dignity and compassion, regardless of nationality, gender, race, religion, or health condition. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Patient-Centered Care

We encourage open communication and respect patients’ rights to be informed and involved in decisions about their care. We honor confidentiality and privacy at all times.

3. Professional Conduct

All staff are expected to maintain high ethical standards, adhere to clinical protocols, and act with honesty and accountability. This includes proper handling of sensitive health and personal information.

4. Safety First

We follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in line with local and regional health regulations. Patients and visitors must also comply with posted clinic guidelines.

5. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

Verbal, physical, or emotional abuse of staff or fellow patients will result in immediate action and possible termination of services, in line with local laws.

6. Feedback and Improvement

We value patient feedback. Comments or complaints may be shared confidentially through our on-site forms or online channels, and we commit to reviewing and addressing them fairly.

Together, we aim to uphold a culture of trust, care, and professionalism in everything we do.
